Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.

What is the delivery time of bulk orders?
Inventory in Germany: 1-3 days delivery from Germany to all European countries.
Stock in China: 1 week delivery from factory.
OEM from China: 3-5 weeks for mass production depending on specific products.

How to pay for sample and bulk orders?
Sourcing from Germany: SEPA credit in EURO with Commercial Invoice provided.
Sourcing from China: T/T, L/C, Paypal, and secure online trade assurance in USD/EURO.

How do you deal with the faulty products?
Firstly, our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.02%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including recalls according to the actual situation. After-service is handled directly from Germany.
