Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded packaging is available upon authorization for legally registered patents.
What are your terms of payment?
We require T/T 50% as a deposit, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Do you test your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% comprehensive test for 72 hours on all goods before they are dispatched.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can manufacture products based on your samples or technical drawings, including building the necessary molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier fees.
